  12. building a statistical overview of computer virus incidents and the
  13. damages caused by xomputer viruses.

  16. - Where (city, country) was the virus discovered?
  17. - What virus was it?
  18. - How did you discover the virus (by accident, virus synptoms, with a
  19.   virus scanner or other tool)?
  20. - Do you have a copy of the virus available for analysis?
  21. - How many infected, machines, diskettes or harddisk were there?
  22. - Has the virus caused you any damage like loss of productive hours,
  23.   lost or damaged data? What was the amount of direct and indirect
  24.   damage (in US dollar)?
  25. - Have you been able to remove the virus from the infected
  26.   machines(s)? IF so, by what method?
  27. - What were the cost of this recovery (in US dollar)?
  28. - Does your insurance cover damages caused by computer viruses?
